To My Fellow Bulldoggers:
I got my first bulldog in 1988, and she was very wonderful pet. I started showing in conformation at AKC shows the same year. Since then, I have personally finished over 30 bulldogs to the title of Champion. My first bulldog judging assignment was in April 2007. I have judged bitches & intersex at the back-up show to the 2016 BCA National. In 2009, I had a, bred by, bulldog named Nostradamus. In his short career he won two Best in Shows and is in the BCA Hall of Fame. At the 2017 BCA Nationals, GCH. Dickey’s Aviator was awarded Best of Opposite sex.
I have been a member of the Bulldog Club of America since 1989; have been an officer/governor in the BCA starting in 1992, a BCA Hall of Fame Breeder and approved judging mentor. In 2009, I was the show chairman for the BCA Nationals that were held in Kansas City, Missouri. AKC has recognized me as a Breeder of Merit.
I currently have AKC regular judging status for Bulldogs, All Breed Junior showmanship, French Bulldogs & Boston Terriers.
Sincerely,
Dean Dickey
