Program Style Guidelines

All submitted text will be edited and formatted according to AP style to maintain consistency throughout the Bulldog of the Year program. Please observe the following guidelines:

• Write out Best in Show and Best in Specialty Show. Do not use BIS or BISS.
• The word bulldog is lowercase unless it is part of a proper noun or official title.
• Multiple awards will be written as Multiple Best in Show winner and Multiple Best in Specialty Show winner.
• Registered names, kennel names and official titles will retain their proper capitalization.
• The committee reserves the right to edit submissions for grammar, clarity, length and consistency without changing the meaning of the entry.
